James Denezier is the Founder and CEO of Connecting America Financials, a growing organization committed to helping families, entrepreneurs, and aspiring agents create financial confidence and long-term success.

Originally from Haiti, James immigrated to the United States at just twelve years old after his parents sought asylum in search of a better future. His journey began with humble beginnings and a relentless work ethic that would later shape his leadership and mission.

During his junior year of high school, James took a job as a dishwasher at SeaWorld Orlando, where he worked for 11 years while developing the discipline, resilience, and vision that would eventually launch his entrepreneurial career in the financial services industry.

At the age of 33, James founded Connecting America with fewer than 10 agents. Through leadership, mentorship, and proven systems, he successfully grew the organization to more than 200 agents across the country.

Today, James is passionate about helping others achieve success in business and financial services by teaching the same systems, strategies, and principles that helped him build a thriving organization.
